Report a Lost Phone
If your phone has been lost or stolen, report it immediately to protect the college against unauthorized usage.
- Contact Verizon Wireless at 800-922-0204 (24 hours a day/ 7 days a week). Verizon will indicate the appropriate status and deactivate service to the device immediately.
- Contact Amy Berra to discuss equipment replacement procedures.
Once service is deactivated, moving service to a new device or reactivating service to an existing device can only be authorized by Amy Berra. End users do not have authority to make account changes.
- Use the Find my iPhone app for lost iPhones.
