Undo/Redo - Office Applications
The undo and redo buttons can be used on any work that you've already done. Below are instructions on how to use them. This article shows Office 2016, but it works the same in Office 2013.

Undo
The keyboard shortcut for undo is [CTRL+Z].
The alternative is the toolbar button. It is the arrow facing the left at the top left of the screen.

Redo
The keyboard shortcut for redo is [CTRL+Y].
The alternative is the toolbar button. It is the arrow forming a circle at the top left of the screen.

Mac
On a Mac computer, Undo and Redo can be done using keyboard shortcuts. For Undo, the shortcut is [CMD+Z], and the shortcut for Redo is [CMD+Y].

The Undo/Redo buttons are also located in the ribbon, as with a PC.
