Submit Assignment - Digication E-Portfolio
How to submit your e-Portfolio as an assignment for evaluation by your instructor. These instructions have you submit the portfolio from within the Digication course site.

Note: Make sure you have published all the information that needs to be submitted. Any information that has not been published may not be visible to the instructor.

Step 1: Log in to your Digication account (https://etown.digication.com) and open the course to which you want to submit your assignment.

Step 2: Click the Assignments tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: Locate the name of the assignment that you are submitting. Click Step 1 (or Step 2, 3... if that's what you're submitting) under that assignment.

Step 4: The submission page will appear. Under Evidence, note that you can upload a file, submit part of your e-Portfolio, or submit rich text as "evidence" for that assignment. This example will submit an e-Portfolio.

Step 5: Select e-Portfolio in the Evidence section. Click the arrow next to the name of the portfolio you wish to submit.

Step 6: Check the pages of your portfolio that you want to submit. Check (All) to include all pages.

Step 7: Add any comments to your submission in the Comment section.

Step 8: Click Save and submit.

Step 9: Your assignment will now appear under the submission, and can be viewed by clicking on the green highlighted link.

Note: When you submit an assignment, a "snapshot" of the portfolio content you submit is saved for your instructor to review. If you later add to/edit the portfolio, these changes are not viewable to the professor unless you resubmit the assignment. This is helpful so that you retain complete control over your portfolio content, while still providing the assignment information needed.
