Sound for Specific Mail - Outlook
You may have a sound assigned to a particular contact, however not all messages from that contact may be important. You can designate a subfolder for selective mail, then
create a sound alert for when messages from a contact arrive in the subfolder.
Sound for Specific Mail
Step 1:Open Outlook to your Mail. Select the Home tab.
Step 2:Click Rules in the Move group. Select Manage Rules & Alerts...
Step 3:Click New Rule...
Step 4:Under Start from a blank rule, click Apply rule on messages I receive. Click Next >.
Step 5:In the Step 1 box, select from people or public group.
Step 6:In the Step 2 box, click the people or public group link.
Step 7:Select the contact(s) or contact group to which you want to assign the sound. Click From-> then OK.
Step 8:Click Next >.
Step 9:In the Step 1 box, select move a copy the specified folder and play a sound.
Step 10:In the Step 2 box, click the a sound link.
Step 11:Select a sound from the list or any other sound file you may have. Click Open.

Step 12:In the Step 2 box, click the specified link.
Step 13:Choose the subfolder from the list. Click OK.

Step 14:Click Finish.
Step 15:Click OK.
Step 16:Click Apply then OK.
