Share Inbox and Subfolders - Outlook
How to share your inbox and subfolders with other users.

Step 1:Select the folder that you want to share.

Step 2:Click the Folder tab.

Step 3:Click Folder Permissions in the Properties group.

Step 4:Click Add...

Step 5:Locate the person(s) or group with whom you want to share your mail. Select the name(s) and click Add ->. Click OK when you have selected all recipients.

Step 6:Select the recipient and choose the permissions. Click Apply then OK.
