Search Feature - OneNote
This article shows OneNote 2016, but the process works the same in OneNote 2010 & 2013.
Step 1: Open OneNote to any notebook.  Step 2:
Note the Search text box in the upper right corner above the list of pages. The default search scope is All Notebooks.

Step 3: You may enter your search terms in the Search text box to search all notebooks. Click on the link to the page in the search results window.
Step 4: To change the search scope, click the down arrow on the right side of the Search text box. You can choose to search by page, section, section group, or current notebook.
