Report a Lost Phone

If your phone has been lost or stolen, report it immediately to protect the college against unauthorized usage.
  1. Contact Verizon Wireless at 800-922-0204 (24 hours a day/ 7 days a week).  Verizon will indicate the appropriate status and deactivate service to the device immediately.
  2. Contact Tiffany Wells (wellst@etown.edu or 717-361-1575) to discuss equipment replacement procedures.
    Once service is deactivated, moving service to a new device or reactivating service to an existing device can only be authorized by Tiffany Wells.  End users do not have authority to make account changes.
  3. Use the Find my iPhone app for lost iPhones.
