Removing Certificates

When connecting to Etown's Wi-Fi, Some users may have issues re-connecting to the network. If you are having this issues, removing any of Etown's certificates on you computer can help fix this problem. Here is how to remove certificates from your device.

Step 1:Click the Windows button in the bottom right corner and type Manage User Certificates in and click on the first result.

Step 2:
Click on Personal then click Certificates.

Step 3: To the right, click on the certificate with your email username followed by

Step 4: Click the red X above to remove it.

Step 5: Next, go to Trusted Root Certification and then click Certificates.

Step 6: Find the certificate called Elizabethtown College Root CA and click on it.

Step 7: Click the same red X to delete it.Step 8: Click on Intermediate Certification Authority then choose Certificates.

Step 9: Find the certificate called Elizabethtown College Intermediate CA and click on it.

Step 10: Click the same red X to remove it.


Step 1: Click on Finder.

Step 2: Click on the Go tab in the menu at the top.

Step 3: Click Utilities.

Step 4: Click Keychain Access.

Step 5:Click Certificates.

Step 6:Search for any certificates with Elizabethtown in the title. The easiest way to do this is to click on the Search Bar in the top left and type in "Elizabethtown".

Step 7:Right click each certificate and select Delete. Do this for every Etown certificate.
