Remove Profile - Outlook
On shared computers, occasionally Outlook displays both profiles or no profiles.
If this happens, please contact ITS at x3333 first for assistance. They may instruct you to correct Outlook by following these steps to remove a profile.
Remove Outlook Profile

Step 1:Click the start menu. 

Step 2:
Search for Control Panel, and select the correct option. 

Step 3:At the top right, type "Mail".

Step 4:Click Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016).

Step 5:Choose Show Profiles.

Step 6:Click on the profile listed and choose Remove. Then click OK and close all windows. 

Step 7:Start Outlook, it will show the welcome message for the initial installation of a profile.
