Navigate and Edit - Digication E-Portfolio
How to navigate around your e-Portfolio and edit different parts.

Log in to your Digication account (https://etown.digication.com) and open the portfolio you wish to edit.

To edit the basic settings of your portfolio (name, theme, etc.), click Portfolio Tools in the upper right corner and choose Settings

View Modes

Edit: Edit Mode Tab

When you first open your portfolio, it will be in Edit mode. This is where you can add and edit sections, pages, and modules

Preview: Preview Mode Tab Preview mode allows you to see how your portfolio looks before you publish it. You will see if you have unpublished changes.

Published: Published Mode TabPublished mode shows you exactly what your visitors will see. Any drafts that have not been published will not appear.

Sections
Sections are the overarching divisions in your portfolio, shown in the ribbon at the top of the screen. Within the sections are the pages.

Add Section: To add a new section, you must be in Edit mode. Click Add/Edit next to View sections, then click Add Section.

Type the name of the section, then click Save

Edit Sections: You must be in Edit mode. Click Add/Edit next to View Sections. Click the Edit icon next to the section you wish to edit.

From here, you can rename or delete the section.

Reorder Sections: You must be in Edit mode. Click Add/Edit next to View Sections. Click on the name of the section you wish to move (the cursor will be a 4-headed arrow).

Drag the section to the new location. A red dotted box will appear. Release your click to drop the section.

Pages
Pages are the divisions within each section. They are lined down the left side of the screen. You can add content in the form of modules to your pages.

Add Pages: To add a new page, you must be in Edit mode. Click the name of the section to which you want to add a page. Click Add/Edit next to View Pages, and choose Add Page

Type the name of the page, then click Save

Edit Pages: You must be in Edit mode. Click the name of the section that contains the page you want to edit. Click Add/Edit next to View Pages. Click the Edit icon next to the page you wish to edit.

From here, you can rename or delete the page.

Reorder Pages: You must be in Edit mode. Click the name of the section that contains the pages you wish to reorder. Click Add/Edit next to View Pages. Click on the name of the page you want to move (the cursor will be a 4-headed arrow).

Change Password

Step 1:When you are logged in, click your name in the upper right corner beside Welcome.

Enter your new password in the Password text box, and retype it in the Retype Password text box.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
