Manage Phone Online
The Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA) lets you access and change your phone settings from the web. This web portal is only available on our network (you must be on campus), however you can use VPN to access the phone settings from home.
Note: Some features of the Cisco CPA do not work with Google Chrome.
This process in only available while on campus or connected through VPN.
Step 1:Go to https://ecunitypub.etown.edu:8443/ciscopca/home.do.
When you click on this link, you will be given a security warning. Click continue to site, as this is normal.
Step 2:Enter your Etown username and password. Click Login.
Step 3:
You have access to the Messaging Assistant and Web Inbox tools.
