Insert Pages - Publisher
How to insert additional pages in Publisher. This can be a blank page or a duplicate of an existing page including its formatting. This process also works in Publisher 2013 & 2010.
Step 1:Open your document in Publisher. Click the Insert tab.

Step 2:
Click Page in the Pages group if you would like to insert a blank page after the page that is currently selected. Click the arrow underneath Page for more options.

Step 3:
Insert Blank Page will insert a blank page after the page that is currently selected.

Insert Duplicate Page will insert a page with the same formatting as the page that is currently selected.
 
Insert Page... will give you more options.
