Delay Sending Email - Outlook
You can delay the sending of an e-mail in Outlook by setting the date and time at which you would like the message to go out.

Step 1:Create your new e-mail message. Do not click Send. Step 2:
Click the Options tab on the message window.

Step 3:
Select Delay Delivery from the More Options group.

Step 4:
In the Delivery options section, check Do not deliver before. Select the date and time at which you would like the message to be sent. The message will go out at this specified time.

Step 5:
Click Close.

Step 6:
Click Send on the message window. The message will not be sent until the specified time.

You can check the outbox to see that message has not been sent. It will disappear from the outbox after the time you selected.

Do not click on the message in the Outbox to open it.  Doing so will stop the message from being delivered at the scheduled time and, instead, it will just sit in the Outbox indefinitely.
