Change Photo
This article provides the process to change the picture of you that appears in your email and other associated accounts. Be sure to review the image guidelines below when choosing the user photo.

User Image Guidelines:
The photograph represents your work profile picture, so it must focus on you. This means no inanimate objects, group shots, or photos of you with your significant other, child, or pets, etc.

You should appear in the photo as you usually would in when reporting for work.

Obscene or otherwise inappropriate photos will be removed.

Step 1:
Log in to Outlook Web App (OWA). Select the profile picture or initials in the upper right corner and choose My account from the menu.
Step 2:On the left side, choose Personal info then Change photo.
Step 3:Click Browse to navigate to the location of the image file, select the file, and click Save to apply the image.
The image file must be saved as .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.



Step 4:Review the selected image, change it if needed, click Save to save the image as your user photo.
