Canvas
Canvas is a learning management system used on campus.

Canvas Course Access SettingCanvas has built-in access dates for different roles in a course. They are as follows:
  • Student - Two weeks before to two weeks after the term.
  • Faculty - 12 weeks before to two weeks before the next semester begins.
  • TA - 12 weeks before to two weeks before the next semester begins.
  • Instructional Designer - 16 weeks before to two weeks before the semester begins.

Faculty may choose to override these preset dates by changing the Course Dates in an individual course setting. See this help guide for more information on adjusting course access via course settings.
