Booklets - Word
How to create a booklet. This process also works in Word 2013 & 2010.

Step 1:Open Word. Click the File tab, then choose Print. At the bottom of the Print content, click Page Setup.

Step 2:Under the Margins tab, next to Multiple pages, select Book fold from the dropdown list.

Step 3:Next to Sheets per booklet, select All or the exact number of pages from the dropdown menu.

Step 4:
Set the gutter to a small margin. This will put some space between your page content and the fold in the middle of the paper, where you would normally bind pages together.

Step 5:Click OK.

Step 6:
Create your booklet content. Keep in mind that pages 1 and 4 will be printed on the same side, and pages 2 and 3 will be on the opposite side. Each page will be shrunk to half of the normal page size in landscape mode. The larger your booklet, the larger you'll need to make the gutter.

Step 7:When you are ready to print, click File then Print.

Step 8:Under Settings, click the menu labeled Print One Sided. Choose either of the Print on Both Sides options, or choose Manually Print on Both Sides if your printer requires you to manually flip your pages.
