  VPN Articles:
ITS provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) for users who need to access network resources from off campus and a secure way to browse internet sites while connected to an open wireless network.

These network resources include the public/private folders, class folders, Jenzabar, and other managed software. Non-college owned computers have the additional step of connecting to a terminal server to access network folders. The VPN system sends all traffic from your remote computer to the college’s network through an encrypted channel providing a secure method for access these resources.

Step 1:If you have not enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), click here for instructions on how to set it up.

You must have MFA enabled to use the VPN.

VPN will request Multi-Factor Authentication every time you connect.

The MFA for VPN will only contact the "Preferred option" that you set for contact. If you need to change the preferred method of contact, click here to change your MFA settings.

ITS does not recommend using the phone call method of MFA for VPN as there have been issues with the authentication not completing within the allotted time.

Step 2:Install VPN software on your personal Windows or Mac computer.

If you are using VPN on a college-owned computer, the VPN software should already be installed.

Step 3:Connect to VPN
