Submitting Digital Signage
Members of the Etown community can submit digital signage requests by following these steps.

Step 1:
Open Jayweb and log in using your Etown credentials.

Step 2:Click the Student / Faculty / Staff tab.


Step 3:Click Online Forms.


Step 4:Click "HERE" to access the form.


Step 5:On the left sidebar, click ITS to access the Digital Signage Request form.

Please make sure that your file is in compliance with our policies and design guidelines!  

- 1920 x 1080 (16:9) ratio 

- Submit images as .png  

- Submit videos as .mp4 



Step 6:Click the Digital Signage Form tab and fill out the form.


Our policy allows a maximum of one week (e.g. 11/06/2021 through 11/13/2021) to display one slide per department/student group.

Step 7:Click Choose a file to upload the file from your computer OR put the location of files in the public folder if the file is in a public folder. Finally, click Submit.
