Chinese - Mac OS X
How to type in Chinese on a Mac.
Step 1:Click on the Apple and choose System Preferences

Step 2:Select Language & Region.


Step 3:Select Keyboard Preferences... 


Step 4:Click the + icon at the bottom left.


Step 5:Choose the language you want and click Add.


Step 6:Check Show input menu in menu bar. Close the window.


Step 7:Click the US flag on the menu bar at the top right. Select the language you would like to use. 
Step 8:
When typing, you will notice a menu pop up below what you typed, either use the arrow keys and [Space] to select the character you want or press the number corresponding to that character
